Reciprocal Linking through Directories
Directories are another great way to establish reciprocal links. What are directories? These are sites in which users have the option of searching for information based on browsing different categories. Of course, they can still make a search based on Internet keywords, but unlike ‘regular’ search engines, this type of query is not the only alternative.
Anyway, to add your site to a directory, all you have to do is send them your URL. If the webmasters think your site is relevant, they will add it to their directory. It may take a while before the process is complete, but once you see the amount of traffic you’ll be getting, it will be well worth the wait.
